Bouvier Rescue

One important function of the Cascade Bouvier des Flandres Club is the placement of Bouviers that are in need of new homes.  All dogs deserve loving, permanent, forever homes.  A dog requires time, love, health care and training.  While most of the dogs are adults, and housebroken, you should still plan on basic obedience classes.

The reasons a Bouvier needs a new home are numerous.  They range from illness or death, change of job or moving, an owner who simply did not do enough research into the breed before getting a Bouvier, to not matching the carpet!

As with any breed, it is a good idea to fully research the breed before you commit to ownership of any dog.  Please check out our About The Breed page.  One web site we recommend that has links to lots of valuable information is The American Bouvier des Flanders Club.  This site also has links to other Bouvier rescue groups.

If you are interested in a Rescue Bouvier, please download and fill out an application.  If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system (a free download at adobe.com), you may download this file in PDF format (click here) or in MSWord

We currently have no bouviers in rescue.

Please contact Ruthann about Bouviers either currently in CBdFC's rescue, or Bouviers in the Pacific Northwest that we are aware need homes.  If you are interested in adopting one of these dogs, please contact Ruthann and Robert Lee 503-970-0186  or email: erewhon00@yahoo.com
